Bulk Water Purchase Policy

Water Usage Fee: $19.02 per 1000 gallons
Hook Up Fee: $50.00 charge per day during business hours   
(8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
$75.00 charge per hook up after business hours
Payment must be made at point of sale, either by cash or credit card, at the Orr Municipal Liquor Store or City Hall. Unless prior arrangements have been made with city personnel.

*For commercial (metered) water and sewer customers, if total water usage for the month is less than 10,000 gallons, they are charged at the residential rate for water and sewer. If total water usage is over 10,000 gallons, they are charged at the commercial rate for all gallons used.
